Richard Wilkes, Principal, SolicitorRichard qualified in London in 1973 and joined John Hansell in 1988 as principal to this firm. Having worked extensively in London's legal circles in the early days, Richard now focuses on non-contentious issues such as conveyancing, trusts, probate, and commercial property. Philip Carpanini, SolicitorPhilips legal career clearly demonstrates his ability in dealing with both contentious matters and non contentious matters at the very highest level. Whilst practicing he obtained a Masters Degree in Commercial law and became a partner in two of the largest practices in the South West . Philip is comfortable with most areas of Law from dealing with high value commercial matters, to commercial disputes, to residential conveyancing, to civil disputes. Helen Baker, Qualified ParalegalHelen specialises in residential conveyancing. Helen made the move from London to Dartmouth in 1994. She is passionate about the place where she lives and works. Helen joined Hansell Wilkes in 1998 and has developed with the firm to become an experienced residential conveyancer with an established and loyal client base. Helen deals mostly with local properties but works on a national basis with Clients buying out of the area, or returning Clients who appreciate a quality conveyancing service. Angela Olliver, Office ManagerAngela joined Hansell Wilkes in 1988 and became responsible for the office, taking on the role of office manager in 1996. She then trained as a Law Costs Draftsman in 1998/9 and currently manages the Hansell Wilkes office whilst assisting the workflow with costs drafting. |
